Great community great staff. The only problem that the province had is being able to keep the pool open. It seems to be closed a lot more than it is open which is a bummer.
Only complain is that neighborhhs can get a little bit too loud sometimes... specially on weekends. Great service, managers, and staff. Everubody is always willing to help
Great place to live. Close to campus but costs a little too much compared to other living places. You’re honestly just paying for the convenience of making it to class by leaving 10 minutes before it starts.
The number one reason I love the Province so much is because of its proximity to campus. It takes me 5 minutes to walk to class. I love it!!
I've lived here for 3 years and the distance to campus is a main plus. High quality amenities and maintenance service are also what make The Province a great place to live.
I honestly love living here at the Province! It's so close to campus so I can walk to class. The only downside is that there is sometimes not enough parking for the residents.
Fantastic I truly appreciate the free money it will definitely go towards something great really love the province super stoked to live there
Love living here!! The province has amazing amenities, a knowledgeable and kind staff, and is super close to campus. I would highly recommend living here
Great place to live! Nice and close to campus. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend the Province to a friend. Glad I signed for a second year
The Maintenance team is the only issue here at the Province. They are not very punctual with fulfilling maintenance requests, and the parking lot is never shoveled. Also, it is a little much to ask for an extra $35 dollars a month for parking. The location and staff are great and friendly.
My apartment is nearer to the college and it just takes 10 mins to walk to the campus. The facilities here at province is awesome. I have got nice roommates so I'm loving it
Has been good so far. Maintenance is quick to respond to various complaints. It's really nice having the gym and pool evem though the pool never seemed to be open.
Great place, great people, great stay. If you're looking for a great place to live in Greenville, the Provence is the place to go. Great living conditions and community.
great and friendly staff, able to get to campus super fast. pool is amazing, tanning bed is amazing too. safe and comfortable living. relatively expensive, but worth it for the close distance to campus.
I enjoyed living there. Very close to campus and all the amenities were really nice. I never had many issues with my apartment, and maintenance usually came very quick if there was an issue.
Great place to live, really close to campus and in a good neighborhood. Respont to work orders fast and have helpful staff. They don't offer six month leases though, so can't give a full 5 star.
Amazing community and staff. I love all the events that are held by the apartment complex. Nice apartments for the price. Close to campus which is great
I've really enjoyed living at the Province. The apartments should probably get routinely sprayed for insects more often though. Also, I don't understand whh there's still such limited guedt parking when a large new lot just opened.
I love the Province!!!! I love that I am able to go to the gym, the pool, the theatre, the tanning bad or go print something out whenever I need to.
i really liked living here. it was spacious and a cozy place to live. it would be helpful with better parking and more amenaties that were up to date
I've lived here for over a year and love it so far! It's a close walk to campus so I don't have to worry about taking a bus. Would definitely recommend!
I've lived here for over a year and love it so far! It's a close walk to campus so I don't have to worry about taking a bus. Would definitely recommend!
Living at the province is amazing. The province is a short walk to campus and downtown. In addition, the province has amazing amenities including a new upgraded pool, gym, and tanning bed.
Great place to live. Overall I recommend it to anyone at ECU looking for a great place to live with a safe and friendly community around us.
Easy commute to campus, matinance responds to requests quickly, parking is sometimes a problem, guest parking is sometimes a problem, nice set up of the apartment and space
I have really enjoyed living here at the province and this is my second year living here. Everyone is always very helpful overtime I go to the office and have questions.
I love living here. It’s so close to campus. I feel safe walking home at night. I love the clubhouse, the gym, the pool, and the printing ammenities.
management is often very unhelpful and rude. student staff is very helpful with small tasks. left for summer with everything off and got changed 30 dollars in overages but when we’re not there (4 person ) most we’ve ever got was 4 per person
I love living here, it is absolutely amazing! I love the amenities and the style of the apartments! The only issue I have sometimes is with finding a parking spot!
I've lived here for three years and for good reason! Clean apartments, great maintenance service, and many amenities. 5 minute walk to campus. I would definitely recommend to someone.
great location for walking to class, football games, and downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to requests.
It has been a great experience living in here. Just the pool is closing to often, and coffee machine stays long broken than working. Loving the fact that you guys have events at the leasing office very often.
I love living here. Clean apartments and a great location. Within walking distance of downtown and campus which is great. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else
Living here is great because the apartments are nice and clean, roomy, and so close to campus! In my opinion, the only downside is the limited amount of parking spots and no guest parking.
Living at the province has been a good experience. The location is great and the staff is usually helpful. An improvement would be more parking and changing some of the furniture, like the couch and chair in the living rooms. Other than that I would recommend the province to most people.
The location is amazing and could not be anymore perfect. The apartments themselves are very nice and at a good cost considering location and everything included.
I absolutely love living at the province! The amenities, staff, and maintenance are beyond what you would expect from an apartment complex. I recommend everyone to check them out.
Awesome place to live, all the employees are easy to assist you in any way. Anytime there is something wrong, they make it easy to have maintenance right on the job.
Good overall living experience. Some maintenance stuff has been unanswered. Parking is a pain if you don't have an assigned spot, but the double spots can be annoying too.
Good. I believe y'all have good service and everything but it would sorta be nice if y'all could get new pool table sticks and also maybe but a ping pong table in there.
Amazing apartment complex right next to campus and the library. Friendly staff and very well furnished. I love having the pool and inclusive tanning all the time! Love it.
the province has great maintenance and friendly office staff. whenever I have a problem it is quickly addressed. the only downside is the inconsistent pet policy.
Great complex and location. Definitely pricey but it is worth it. The apartments are nice and spacious and the walking distance to campus and downtown are a major plus.
The onlu down is that the coffee machine has been broke more often. I wish we would have dark roast option as well.
I asked to fix my stove and people were there on the next day. Good job
The internet could definitely be better, Airwaves doesn't take resident feedback seriously so The Province should look into a different provider
This is a really cool app. Very beneficial! Who would've thought of making an app for apartments to earn rewards back on? Will definitely put this to good use!
Love the community and staff. Very nice complex with lots of activities and amenities. Apartments are very nice and spacious, great for entertaining
Maintenece comes in a timely manner. Really enjoy Taco Tuesday. The pool is kept nicely. Managers are nice and easy to talk to. Great living space!
i love the prov! the parking gets difficult sometimes, but the community is very active. there are always people hanging out by the pool or just around in general
I really enjoy living at The Province! The location, amenities, pool, and atmosphere is great. Campus is approximately a five minute walk, which is nice too. I would highly recommend living here.
Great place to live. Nice and close to campus. Maintenance is slow sometimes. Love the amenities! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
Limited parking for residents that pay and the pool is packed by non residents. Dog poop everywhere. The community felt safe until the gun shots went off outside my apartment.
I love living at The Province Greenville!!! The apartments are nice and clean, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is so helpful and always available to answer my questions.
This apartment complex is amazing!! The staff, and amenities are amazing!! I would recommend living here to everyone. Also really close to campus
Overall not bad, location is good and nice quality. Maintenance is quick to answer and come fix problems you request. Not a bad price for the location and quality.
The province greenville is a good community with it being close to campus. However, the workers here are slow to get back and unorganized. The rules are never followed which makes it impossible to enjoy the pool you pay for in the summer.
So far, living at the Province has been a great experience. I love the community and it's close to campus. Maintenance isn't always the fastest at responding to requests.
I enjoy living in the province, it's really convenient to walk to class and all the staff is helpful and nice. It is placed in the perfect location for greenville.
Everything works fine in the apartment. If something breaks, maintenance is easy to contact and explain what is going on. They are quick to fix.
I love the location and the people here. Maintenance never takes too long to fix any problems. And the people who work in the leasing office are nice!
The parking situation could use improvement, though not entirely terrible it is very difficult to find a parking spot once returning to the complex past 8 pm. Other than that, I love living here, it has amazing amenities and beautiful apartments!
Love living at the province. Such a great living space along with lots of amenities and such a friendly staff. Very close to campus and downtown
Neighboors sometimes are loud
Great staff. I still waiting to my walls to be painted. Starbucks coffe machine is great... I think dark roads should be disponible for choice
The Province is a great place to live if you don't want many responsibilities that comes with owning a house on the grid. Its close to campus too which is great for those who don't have a car at school!
I love the location and security of my apartment, but the parking situation is not the best. If they bought another lot that would be super helpful.
This is the best place to live. The staff is wonderful and they make you feel at home. The lobby is nice and the apartments are always clean
This is my first year living at the Province and I absolutely love it. I already resigned for next year and so far have little to no complaints.
love it here. the parking sucks, but you can find parking if you try super hard. it gets pretty loud on thursday nights. the staff is great!
I love living at the province! The apartments are huge, fully furnished, and the pool & gym are amazing and all Included! I also love to go tanning (which is also included). Great place RIGHT next to campus.
I am still new to this but seems cool, I wonder how hard it can get to earn points, maybe a better explanation at the beginning would be a little more helpful .
The maintenance at province takes a while to handle requests, but they're very efficient at it. There's not enough parking for residents and the province requests excess parking park at the gas station across the street seems like a safety violation. The community is loud but it's college living so that's to be expected. Front office staff aren't over the top friendly.
I have really enjoyed living at the province. There are so many things that you guys have to offer and the you guys have a great staff. The rent is worth every penny.
I think the Province is a great place and is a safw community to live in. All the staff are very helpful and the environment is wonderful. I resigned my lease because I love living there so much.
Good place to live, had a little bit of trouble in the beginning but always a helpful crew when there is an issue with the apartment. Glad to have chosen to live here
Overall, the quality of my stay has been more than satisfactory. My roommates do not cause any problems, other than bot cleaning up after themselves.
I think the province is one of the better living options at East Carolina University. I chose it because it is located directly across from campus. My pets love the fact that it's so close to the library. I would say one of the biggest drawbacks is that does it recycle. I absolutely hate all the trash that is built up by residence. I think it's really important for apartment complex to support recycling.
Very confusing desktop but love this promotional experience. I learned about this from my apartment complex and they encouraged us to go on and utilize the benefits.
I love living at the Province and this is an even greater idea! I've had a few issues but nothing that wasn't able to be fixed in a timely fashion
The province is a great place to live. Walking distance to most things ECU students would need. It's across the street from the gym & library. Downtown and the stadium are just a short walk away as well!
I am happy with my experience of living at The Province so far. I would definitely recommend living here to friends. The only thing I have been somewhat unhappy with is seeing so many dogs in a place that is not pet-friendly being off leashes and leaving waste all around the buildings, as well as barking and howling so loud that I can hear it from my bedroom. I love dogs, but I am worried that they are not being taken care of well enough if they are howling and barking so consistently. Also, I have had neighbors leave bags of trash outside my apartment door. Other than those issues, I have been happy with my experience.
I think this is a really cool site that motivates students to be more involved in the place that they live. This is a great opportunity for outreach for the Province as well.
I think the Province is wonderful! It is definitely the best apartment I have lived in while at East Carolina University. Definitely living here next year!
im satisfied with my apartment and the office service. but both me and my roommate have put in maintenance request about our door having a crack between it and the frame. also our microwave door has a crack in it that's probably not healthy for us.
The province is a very convinient living area with comfortably furnished living space. The Province is very affordable and spacious. The staff is helpful but the towing for visitors is a bit inconvinient. Parking is easy to find most of the time, but if you're looking for a spot late at night it's hard to find. Also the walls are very thin, so I hear my roommate having sexual intercourse often.
I love living here! Lots of space, great location, and friendly staff. Very many amenities including the pool, gym, tanning, and even a movie theatre
The noise is a lot louder than I expected, especially the noise transferred through the floor and walls. The amenities are great, the mail has gone well and having items shipped to the Province has also been very convenient and timely.
Love it! Lived here for 2 year now and haven't had a single problem! My favorite part about living at the province is the 24 hour gym! Its perfect because with such a busy schedule, I can still always find time to work out.
Nice apartments, parking is a little too tight. I've had to circle the parking lot multiple times just to even find a spot on the other side of the complex from where I live. Management is okay overall.
I am very pleased with the living environment. This is by far the best i have seen yet. We just had a storm and there were not needs for maintenance. I had one issue with maintenance but everything turned out fine.
I love the Province. Just have loud people that live above us. Love the amenities and the people that work at the province. They really care about making this one of the best places to live at ECU
Parking could be better, but the apartments overall are nice. I love the fact we have free tanning and a gym. I also love the location, it's a 5 minute walk to most of my classes
Great apartment complex. I really enjoy living here because it is so close to campus. I can walk wherever although it'd be lit to get a bus downtown from the province. I know I'm lazy af
So far I'm enjoying living at the province!
But I just really wish the people in the office had their stuff together a whole lot more.. it can be really bad sometimes when it shouldn't be
everyone is friendly but parking is a pain. maintenance usually takes a few days to respond even if the order is marked as high. the amenities are nice.
Love it here at the Province. I love the fact that everything that I need is within walking distance. The only thing that could use some adjusting is parking. Other than that, I love it here and will be living here next year.
I love the location!! So far i have had a lot of trouble with bugs since i am on the first floor. I've heard there is less trouble on the second and third floor. Also i can hardly ever do homework in my apartment because the wifi isn't stable.
Love my apartment, spacious area and nice bathrooms. However there are a lot of bus since I live on the first floor, we usually find 5-10 cockroaches a week.
The community is great and i feel safe coming home even late at night. The location is great and the staff is always super helpful, even when i ask stupid questions.
love living here! it's close to campus and the outside areas are very well kept! maintance guys get everything done (may take awhile during the school year). great rates!
I have enjoyed living in the Province this year. The club house offers many animates that I enjoy using. They are very helpful when ever a problem occurs, maintenance is always fast acting and successful.
I love living at the Province! Ive had a great experience so far after living here for one year. It was a great decision and I'm so happy with my roommates and overall living situation. Thank you!
I love living at the Province. The location is the best around campus. However, we have not received furniture items that were missing or damaged since we have moved in two months ago.
I love living at The Province Greenville! I originally wasn't sure if I wanted to live here because it is a little more expensive than other student apartments, but after taking a tour, I fell in love with it. The staff members are really friendly and make you feel welcomed, they host great events that are super fun, and it's close to campus so I can walk to my classes!
I absolutely love living here. The amenities are great and my apartment is everything i could have wished for and more. Maintenance is almost always available and the only issue i have had so far is parking
I feel like overall the Province is a great place with an awesome location. The apartments are roomy and the staff is very nice. Problems with maintenance seem to last for weeks on in instead of being fixed though, and it is hard to get a guest pass. Most of my friends don't just leave at 10 if we are studying.
I've really enjoyed living at the Province so far! I love all of the amentities like the pool, and the Starbucks kiosk! The only part of living here that I haven't enjoyed is the Parking situation. But other than that, it's been amazing!
My only complain is that not all my request from maintance were completed.
They are great creating many activities, like bingo, taco tisday, etc.
Starbucks machine!!! Love it
I think you guys are pretty decent. The wifi only works in my bedroom, but does not work in the living room. Also the maintenance is not very good.
The Province Greenville is such a beautiful place to live. New apartements, beautiful common area and swimming pool.
I love that place !
Need just to be cleaned after parties from friday to monday :)
Parking is the main thing i don't like about the province. Its the only apartment complex where you have to fight to have people come visit you or stay with you. which is really crazy because we pay enough money to live here we should be able to have our family or friends stay or park here to see us.
I love the Province, you guys are doing awesome! The apartments are really nice and I haven't had any problems yet. I'm excited to renew my lease for next year.
I love that it's so close to campus and that maintence comes really quickly when we put in a request. I love the amenities and the small community!
Awesome so far! Just wish the furniture was in better shape and that the fan didn't turn on simultaneously with the bathroom light.
I love our locstion to campus. Makes it so easy to get to class!
I am very happy with the province so far. I feel safe here and do not feel scared if I come back late or anything like that. Our door broke and maintenance was there the same day!
I love the province; great location and all around apartment complex. Walking distance from campus and close to everything in greenville. The management could use a little help. Also need more parking.
The province apartments are a wonderful place to live. The rooms are very well designed and contain everything needed for one to live comfortably.
I love living at the Province! I like all of the amenities and the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the maintenance crew...they are awesome.
I highly recommend living here at the province. It is an easy walk to campus and you have all of the amenities close by. The gym is fully equipped and open 24/7.
I love it so far. It is my first time living off campus and I am glad I chose the Province to live at for my junior year of college. The staff are great and I like everything the apartments have to offer.
Too many fees. Loud. Nice apartments. Charging 35 for parking next year is ridiculous. Barely any parking, shouldn't have sold that many parking passes if you didn't have enough spaces. Lighting is bad at night. Unsafe
The higher up management is very accommodating. The people at the front desk are not the most helpful people in the world. In general, the facilities are great.
I love the province. The amenities provided are great. The only issue I have is with the internet but other than that the place is golden YGG province!
The province is great! I love the location and amenities. The only issue I have is the parking. It is limited and I don't understand stacked parking.
Love it! Everyone that works here are super friendly and will help you with any problems you may have. The only bad thing is the wifi isn't that great sometimes.
Love living here! So happy with my choice. Just wish maintenance was a little more on top of their game, and that my apartment was actually cleaned when I moved in but other than that love it!
so far I really like living here. The apartments are nice and the staff is always very pleasant! I love that we have a pool and a gym right here so I don't have to pay for a membership somewhere else.
The province is really nice. We have the largest floor plan available and it is so huge. We have guests over on a regular basis and it never feels cramped. As for our neighbors, they are all really nice and we are becoming good friends.
Beautiful pool area and luxurious living accommodations however furniture is cheap and already broken on move in day, and has yet to be repaired. Parking lot is overly crowded
I have really enjoyed living here so far! Everything has been great in the community and maintenance fixed my problems very quickly! I hope it continues this way
I really love living at the province. The only things that I do not like about living here is the parking and also how the staff can enter our apartment with 24hr notice. I prefer papers to be put in the door, mail, or send an email.
Great service. The pool and gym are always clean. Mantience always comes quickly when you need their service. Employees at the office are also very nice.
So far the service is great and the amenities are well-maintained. Parking somehow got scarce; the pass was a bit of a hassle to get, but it seems necessary. The recent email lists some upcoming events, so that should make things more lively.
I wish there was more of a sense of security here. Anyone can come and go as they please, and my car has received multiple key scratches. It's scary at night walking home when I don't know who could be lurking around.
I do wish that our apartment would have updated furniture, considering the cost of rent went up this year, also for the option to buy our own parking pass so that it would be for us permanently
I think the province has been doing a really great job. They cater to all my needs and have good customer service. Maintenance comes pretty quick when we need them. I have enjoyed my stay at the prov
Overall, well put not having full utilities despite having one if not the highest rent kinda sucks. Also, The parking lot it way too small. I have spent many of nights, circling the parking lot just a spot. BUT, besides those two minor grievances, I have very thing to no issue with this apartment complex.
very convenient location! great sized apartments. could keep use a cleaning on the walkways within the buildings. assigned parking would be a god send
I think the province is doing a nice job so far. Something that could be worked on is the staff in the front office. They don't seem like they always know what is going on. Other than that things are good.
I have lived in the province for 2 years and I have loved it! Great appartments, maintenance staff does a great job and the pool and club house are great.
The province Greenville is a great place to live as an east Carolina university pirate! It is conveniently located walking distance from campus and the local grocery store. I could not ask for a better place to live
Great experience living there, great staff and great environment! Very clean and they staff makes you feel right at home. Only problem would be the untimely work orders but either than that, this place is fantastic.
The parking for the province needs work. The have been times when I get home from work at 10 PM and I've had to park in a spot that is very far away from my building. I am a woman and do not feel safe walking that far at night in Greenville because you never know who is out there. When i called to complain I was told there is not anything you could do about it.
Good. It would be nice to know how we are going over our utility bill in detail. Also Maintence requests can be processed at a classier rate.
I think you're doing great but the printer needs to be fixed. It is always 80° or more in the gym which makes it impossible to work out. The apartments and appliances are nice but every floor should have hard wood floors. The carpets are incredibly cheap and rip up with just using the vaccum
Overall living at the province is a great experience. The Maintinance crew responds quickly and they are always willing to help and are very kind! Living here has provided me with lots of tools to have a great academic year!
Parking is a pain, overages are a little ridiculous. I have been charged for overages when I had only been there for half the month and left everything on recommended settings while I was away.
The Province is a great place to live. A short walk to class, complete gym, pool and other great amenities. The staff is friendly and I love the random roommates I got!
I really like living here. the maintenance is awesome. I do wish that things in the office were a little more organized. I sent a request in a week and a half ago and I had to call back to see my status. I jus wish they would've called me back wen they said.
I love the Province and its the best student living!!!! The staff is very friendly and there are never any problems that ive had with anyone here. I definitely recommend the province to friends.
Living here is convenient and the staff works hard to make it a great place to live. I love my apartment and love the fact that I have a community that gets along so well
The wifi here is very bad. It is very frustrating to try and do homework every night and constantly get kicked off every 5 minutes other than that, the province is a good place to live.
Living at the province is great! The maintenance and staff is amazing and every one is really nice. The clubhouse and the pool are great places to hangout!
Management could be a little better. Some of my maintenance requests still haven't been completed. The printer also has not worked for almost a month now.
Everyone is super friendly and everything gets done. Mainitance is super quick and they always fix the problem I feel really safe here and have enjoyed login her
I love the province it's a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you if you ever have a problem. Maintaince is always helpful and timely.
I've throughly enjoyed living at the province, the service requests were always dealt with promptly. The staff has always been helpful and I like the amenities
I love the location of The Province. My apartment is especially close to campus and that makes it easy going to and from classes. The staff is great, they always fix maintenance problems writhin a day or two.
I enjoy how close to campus the apartments are. They offer a lot of activities. They have nice gym and nice pool area. It is very spacious in the apartment
The process of signing for a lease is always a little unorganized and all of the people who work there give me different answers when I ask questions about singing.
I really do enjoy living at The Province because it is a nice establishment that is very close to campus, making it easy for me to walk to class. The only problem in our apartment is the quality of our furniture (couches and chair) and our carpet. We have tried to get our couches fixed early on but they are almost completely stripped now. Also while other units have nice soft carpet, we have the old rough carpet that is falling apart.
The Province is fine. It's small but close to campus although the construction ruined that benefit. I would not live there again especially with the prices going up.
You're doing a lot better than you were last year! I know that sounds bad... but the maintence team is on top of their game. I saw them yesterday telling people "NO GLASS IN THE POOL". It's nice to see them sticking to the rules and taking their job seriously. Love em!!
The experience at the province has been good so far. The maintenance staff is awesome. I do not like the utility cap because all inclusive should be completely inclusive. The overages increase my bill at the end of the month.
Wonderful except for Internet issues (which seem to be improving). It might be nice if only province residents have access to the pool as well
i enjoy most facets of living here other than the trash being so far away, the pool is nice but we need more lounge chairs i believe. I would like it if we could paint our walls and have a cat.
Overall great place! Perfect location with just a short walk to campus you can make it to the back of campus in a matter of minutes! Love the pool area!
The province is a great community. The area is close to campus which is very convenient for walking to class, the library, or the gym. I enjoyed living here.
I have enjoyed my experience at the province so far. There are some things that could be different like the reliability of the staff and the customer satisfaction. I like the apartments. The staff doesn't seem like they know what they are doing.
Could do better with the carpet in the units, need upgrading asap. And parking, dear Lord...this year it's a mess. I do like that the doors automatically lock behind each resident though.
My first year at the province was great with no trouble but this past year I have had trouble with maintenance arriving at a timely manner or at all, and mail issues.
I love the amenities the province has to offer. I just wish the monthly billing would be a bit more consistent and there be more parking for the residents.
Living in the province Greenville is a wonderful experience. I have had very few issues with the staff, and when I do they are resolved in a quick and professional manner.
Difficult dealing with roomate situations. Been trying to get a girl switched into my apartment and it is a much more difficult process than necessary.
It's very nice but parking situation is terrible. Too many cars, not enough spots. Close to campus, rooms are big enough. Kinda pricey but it's very much worth it.
The province is a safe and clean neighborhood in a very convenient location. All the amenities they have to offer are a major plus. The only downfall is parking, especially for your visitors.
Overall it's great. i enjoy the province a lot. Everyone in the from office are very helping. It also helps that they are students as well so they can relate.
Staff is friendly and always eager to help you out. There's rooms need to be updated and renovated. Price is a far range for an apartment so close to the campus.
I love this apartment complex more than anything in the world. They've been so beneficial for me and I don't think I can live anywhere else in Greenville but here for the remainder 3 years I'm in college.
I overall have a enjoyed my experience living here very much. Lately their has been issues with the wifi but besides that everything else is great.
This is really good! It is cool to get rewards! I enjoy living at the province and I look forward to living there next year! I always love getting better rewards for doing different things!
The location was great and the maintenance crew were extremely friendly as well. I really enjoy the Province lobby area especially the fact that they provide coffee.
Everything is wonderful, except the lack of parking spots and there are no visitor spots either. I have lived here for the past 3 years and have not had a problem
The Province does a great job making sure that their residents have everything they need, which includes maintenance request being fulfilled.
The Prov is a great place to live. They have lots of things to do like a tanning bed, pool, and community area. The only thing I have to complain about is the wifi
I have had a good experience with maintenance they come pretty quickly after i put in a request. With Management I haven't had the greatest time they are not accommodating to the residents they do not treat us like we are paying at least 500 dollars a months per person in a unit. On the other hand the student staff is great they are happy, accommodating, and compassionate because they understand your concerns and needs being that they also live on property.
Great! Clean new feeling apartment, maintence is quick. Staff can be pretty helpful but sometimes it takes a little effort to speak to the right people.
I love living here as it is right next to campus and has full access 24/7 to the leasing building. Apartments are up-to-date and very comfortable to live in. Own bedroom, bathroom and large closet is awesome.
Living at the province is good because it's so close to campus and the rooms are very nice, also the staff here does work at a fairly fast pace.
Overall pretty great. Great staff and living but don't like that I had to pay utility overages the month I had a maintenance request that caused the overage with a need for an industrial fan and dehumidifier. Love being able to workout anytime though
The apartments are fine, the maintenance is generally good, and it feels relatively safe; however the parking is constantly an issue, especially late at night.
The province is a good community. Quiet and has the latest upgrades in a apartment. Management is friendly. i don't like the overages. I would say it's a good community to live in. Parking is a struggle.
Maintenance here is fantastic, they really make sure this place is well kept. I think that a lot of people are hiding dogs though and they arent cleaning up their poop so it gets really gross, this should be watched out for more.
The couches and chairs could be a better material. They always fall apart which is really stressful in the residents because we feel we need to replace them. It also makes our living environment feel old and lame.
I love living here at the province but I think parking has become a huge issue. There doesn't seem to be enough spots for everyone and people wth assigned spots aren't being forced to park where they are suppose to.
Good but the wifi situation is horrible and always crashing, have tried figuring out with the people in charge of the wifi but it still acts up.
I enjoy the closeness to campus and the fact that each resident has a private bed and bath. I only wish the rates were a little cheaper as it is hard for financial aid student like myself sometimes to pay for the apartment and other living expenses.
I have enjoyed living at The Province, but there could be more parking for residents. Overall, living at The Province is a great experience!
I have had a great experience here at the province. We never have issues with anything in our apartment. There is not enough parking spots. Although the entire community always looks great
my experience here at the provience has overall been great! the only bad thing that I would say there is is that the parking is not the best
Great apartments! Would renew my lease if I wasn't graduating. Only problems I've heard are of people who are current residents not being able to recieve the same apartment they are currently living in for next year. they should recieve first priority
My experience has been good here. There are several things that could easily improve my daily experience including a grill that works outside the pool
The apartment complex is fine. Rent is too high considering the size of the rooms. It's so small that it's hard to feel like it's private. Especially because we can hear and see everything from inside the room.
Good but I don't suggest you advertise that people living here one year will be able to renew at the same price because that wasn't the case
I have lived here for the past two years and have enjoyed my experience. The proximity to campus makes getting to class easy and I always feel safe in the community.
